Eska is a restaurant with a bakery that combines the old and the new. We change seemingly common ingredients beyond recognition. We transfer what can usually be found around us – vegetables from their roots to their leaves, wild herbs and even wood-fire oven baked bread – onto your plate in a modern way.

We do things in the same way as people living in rural areas have done for centuries. We are re-discovering old methods – fermentation, drying, wood-heating and fire-roasting.
